NewManaged AI agents for Australian business

Copilot + Power Automate

The AI interface your team already knows. The engine that makes agents do real work.

Microsoft 365 Copilot gives your team a natural-language AI they already use every day. Power Automate turns those conversations into governed workflows that connect to every system in your business. Ditto brings them together - designed, built and managed for you.

How it fits together

Two products, one platform

Microsoft 365 Copilot handles the human side - understanding requests, surfacing information and presenting results in natural language. Power Automate handles the machine side - connecting systems, running workflows and enforcing governance rules. Together they give your agents a familiar interface on one end and enterprise-grade automation on the other. Ditto designs, builds and manages the agents that sit between them.

AI interface

Microsoft 365 Copilot

Your team asks questions, gives instructions and reviews outputs in natural language - inside the Microsoft apps they already use.

Workflow engine

Power Automate

Connects to 1,000+ systems, executes multi-step workflows, handles approvals and logs every action with a full audit trail.

Data platform

Dynamics 365 + Dataverse

Centralises business data so agents have the context they need to make accurate decisions and surface the right information.

Architecture

Progressive governance, built in

Every agent follows a governance tier that matches its level of consequence. Routine tasks run autonomously. Controlled tasks require approval at key steps. Consequential tasks stay human-led.

Benefits

Why Copilot + Power Automate

Familiar interface

Your team works with Copilot inside Microsoft 365 apps they already know. No new software to learn, no change management headache.

Enterprise-grade automation

Power Automate handles complex, multi-step workflows with conditional logic, error handling and retry policies built in.

Full audit trail

Every action an agent takes is logged with a timestamp, the user who triggered it and the data it touched. Compliance-ready from day one.

Progressive governance

Controls scale with consequence. Routine tasks run hands-free, sensitive tasks pause for human approval, high-stakes tasks stay human-led.

System integration

Power Automate connects to 1,000+ systems out of the box - ERP, CRM, accounting, email, file storage and custom APIs.

Managed for you

Ditto handles ongoing operations - monitoring, tuning, exception handling and continuous improvement so your team stays focused on their work.

Process pattern

Nine steps, one process

Every agent Ditto builds follows the same repeatable pattern. The complexity lives inside each step - not between them.

01

Detect

A trigger fires - new email, form submission, scheduled time or system event.

02

Gather

The agent collects data from connected systems and assembles the context it needs.

03

Understand

AI interprets the data - classifying, extracting and validating information.

04

Decide

Business rules determine the next action based on the data and governance tier.

05

Govern

The agent checks whether it can proceed autonomously or needs human approval.

06

Execute

Power Automate runs the workflow - updating records, sending messages, creating documents.

07

Record

Every action is logged with timestamp, actor and affected data for the audit trail.

08

Confirm

The agent notifies relevant stakeholders through Copilot or Teams with a summary.

09

Continue

The process loops back, ready for the next trigger. Agents learn from exceptions.

Use cases

Popular use cases

These are the processes businesses automate first. Each one follows the same nine-step pattern, customised to your systems and rules.

Invoice processing

Extract line items, match to POs, route for approval and push to your accounting system - hands-free for routine invoices.

Email triage

Classify incoming emails by intent, route to the right team, draft responses and flag urgent items for immediate attention.

Client onboarding

Collect documents, verify information, create accounts across systems and send welcome communications in a single flow.

Compliance tracking

Monitor regulatory deadlines, collect evidence, generate reports and alert responsible officers before anything is overdue.

Expense management

Capture receipts, validate against policy, route approvals by amount and sync approved expenses to your finance platform.

Status reporting

Pull data from project tools, CRM and finance systems to generate weekly status reports and distribute via Teams or email.

Features

Built for business

Every agent Ditto deploys comes with enterprise-grade capabilities out of the box.

Questions

Common questions

Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licences?

Yes. Each user who interacts with an agent through Copilot needs a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. Ditto can help you plan the rollout so you only licence the people who need it.

What if we already use Power Automate?

Great - Ditto builds on top of your existing Power Automate environment. We work with your flows, connectors and DLP policies rather than replacing them.

How long does it take to deploy an agent?

A typical agent goes from scoping to production in four to six weeks. Simpler processes can be faster. We run a discovery session first to map the process and estimate the timeline.

Can agents access on-premises systems?

Yes. Power Automate supports on-premises data gateways for connecting to systems behind your firewall, including SQL Server, file shares and legacy applications.

Who owns the workflows and data?

You do. Everything Ditto builds runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, using your Power Automate licences and your Dataverse environment. We manage it, you own it.

What happens when an agent encounters an exception?

The agent follows its governance tier. For routine tasks, it logs the exception and retries. For controlled tasks, it escalates to a human approver. Every exception is recorded in the audit trail.

Is there a limit on the number of agents?

No hard limit. Most businesses start with one or two agents and expand once they see the results. Power Automate licensing determines your flow run capacity.

How do you handle sensitive data?

Data stays inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. Ditto follows your data loss prevention (DLP) policies and does not extract or store your business data externally.

What does ongoing management include?

Monitoring agent performance, handling exceptions, tuning prompts and workflows, applying updates and providing monthly reporting. Think of it as a managed service for your AI agents.
